I’m assuming that these yellow ribbons, which appeared last weekend around Templemore Ave, have something to do with the recent deployment of the RIR to Afghanistan. Unfortunately due to excessive exposure as a youngster i’m always reminded of this Moochin PhotomanPhotographer and visual artist based in Belfast.
