Ombudsman investigate police agent claim

The Ombudsman’s office is investigating allegations that one of the Greysteel murderers was a police agent. PA in Belfast were told that that “cash was lodged in a bank account set up for [Torens] Knight, and staff told he was employed by a Scottish firm as an engineer on a £50,000-a-year salary”.
