NY Comptroller looking to invest in NI

Alan Hevesi, the New York State Comptroller in charge of it’s $140 billion retirement fund, has been sending warm noises about investing in Northern Ireland. But he warned that it was not a case of charitable giving. He is also looking for a decent return on any financial committment.
