THE Secretary of State – who obviously didn’t read the recent IMC report – is expected to announce that he is recognising the UDA ceasefire later today. A good week then for UDA leader Jackie McDonald, after he was spotted in St Patrick’s hall watching Mary McAleese’s Presidential inauguration yesterday.
