UTV report that arrest warrants have been issued for the four men who, when they appeared in court in December last year, pleaded guilty to the attempted kidnapping of diissident republican Bobby Tohill from Kelly`s Cellar Bar in February 2004 – the very 1st IMC report stated there were indications that “the operation was one planned and undertaken by the Provisional IRA.” The arrest warrants were issued today when the men failed to appear in court for sentencing.. they had been released on bail in December.
