Possible link between discovery of bodies?

At such an earlier stage in the investigations it would be wise to keep speculation to a minimum, not least because very little detail has emerged yet, but I think it’s worth noting the two separate murder investigations launched after the discovery of two bodies in separate locations in Belfast this morning, and another man with a gunshot wound was admitted to hospital – “One of victims was bludgeoned to death, while the other is believed to have been shot.” And there appears to be a suspicion that the events might be linked. – “It’s not yet known what the motivation for the attacks were but robbery and a sectarian motive are not suspected.” The RTÉ report points out that the PSNI have not confirmed any link.
