Horrifically wet night at ravers, in which glasgow played the tactics almost perfectly. It wasn’t hard really. Just kick the ball when in ur own half. Unfortunately Ulster did not realise this and persisted with an expansive game – suicidal. We were actually 10 points up against 14 men just before half-time. Horrific.

Watched some of the Munster game – Munster game back very strong in the last 10 mins but just couldn’t get over the chalk. No doubt they’ll be more focused next weekend. But yes, Embra and Glasgow doing very well this season and both could compete for a play-off spot. Good to see the league much more competitive this season.

I see the ladyboys were smoked by the dragons too and defeat for Connacht. Bad weekend all round! When was the last time all 4 irish provinces lost in the same weekend?

Updated. Watched fabulous Dragons – some real intensity there.

3 months ago! All 4 provinces lost in the first round of the ML this season.

Bottom Welsh team in the Magners League misses out on next year’s Heineken Cup and goes into the Amlin Challenge Cup instead (unless a Welsh team wins the Heineken Cup this year)

Looks like there will be quite a dogfight at the bottom between the Scarlets and the Blues to get into the HEC.

“Looks like there will be quite a dogfight at the bottom between the Scarlets and the Blues to get into the HEC.”

Absolutely – that along with the play-offs and a pile more dosh from Magners is making this a good competition……I’m for extending it to Soccer. Celtic, Rangers, Aberdeen, Hearts, Cardiff, Swansea, Bohemians, a Belfast Team and Truro City…what do you reckon?
