New Deal on Korean Nukes?

The six nation talks in China seem to have borne fruit. North Korea has been given sixty days to “freeze” the nuclear reactor involved in its weapons programme and allow international inspections of the site in return for fuel oil or its equivalent. If North Korea continues and completes the process of denuclearisation it will receive further aid and electrical power.
