Guido’s first encounter with an injunction was when he got a letter threatening him with a writ. He decided to use Pledgebank to make sure he was not the only one courting risk. After fifty odd bloggers had agreed to publish the picture of of Mazher Mahmood a.k.a. the Fake Sheikh at the same time on the same day. He went ahead and the writ didn’t materialise.
