Mail Dumping: Not so isolated incidents?

The BBC quoted Royal Mail as claiming that bundles of dumped mail were isolated incidents. Reports in the Belfast Telegraph and Andersonstown News would appear to contradict that, with stories of casual workers leaving bags of mail at local shops, never returning to pick them up for delivery. The North Belfast News also reports on the ongoing delivery problems. Belfast residents have lost mail during the strike, and continue to lose afterwards. Are any Slugger readers still experiencing trouble with their mail?
