O’Keefe makes an interesting distinction between the security and the authority of the State. Keenan thinks that there is a legal dynamic abroad against disclosure. Bacik thinks the Minister has overstepped mark: which Keenan tacitly accepts but asks whether these issues might have some other (journalistic) points of issue.
