Tighter media business leads to bigger mistakes?

This is from a few weeks ago, but it’s worth doubling back for. Conor Brady reckons the ever tightening newspaper business is forcing its journalists into unenecessary errors.

Just wondering how long it will take Mick or Pete to open a thread on the DUP Tsunami slur?

Surely a more topical matter than those highlighted in the threads today so far?

C’mon lads- just cause it’s the Unionists who’ve put their foot in it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t expose it.

    Irishman,

I saw Ciaran’s piece this pm, but since we covered another of councillor Mills’ indiscretions yesterday I thought we might be repeating ourselves.

He concentrates on material not in the original Ballymena Guardian piece, but I’m not sure the story’s rich enough to bare a second visit.

Oh ye of little faith 🙂

I guess that’s how errors happen in media; people just can’t keep up. 🙂

    Mick

Please accept my utmost apologies- I’ll do better next time (promise…..)

Hey, Pete gives me a hard time for not paying closer attention by times. Criticism keeps us all a bit sharper. 😉

If only that was true, Mick. ;o)
