“The answer is yeth.”

All right.. I’ve been having some a lot of fun recently at the expense of The Revenge of the Sith, see here, and here, and here *ahem* So it’s only fair that I own up. I’m a fan. ANYway.. as A. O. Scott in the NYTimes points out “nobody ever went to a Star Wars picture for the acting”[or writing]. His review in the NY Times[free reg. req.] should help bring some balance to the Force..

This is by far the best film in the more recent trilogy, and also the best of the four episodes Mr. Lucas has directed. That’s right (and my inner 11-year-old shudders as I type this): it’s better than “Star Wars.”

*fingers crossed*
