Sinn Fein: all Ireland approach to flu needed

John O’Dowd, Sinn Fein’s health spokesman has called for all Ireland preparation for the possible impacts of Avian Flu. Although the potentially lethal strain remains relatively constrained in the Far East, it’s estimated that where it to develop it could kill up to 17,000 people in Northern Ireland alone.
