Unionists must work with what SDLP can offer…

After getting in a dig at the widely supposed criminal status of the IRA, Steven King argues that Unionists need to get real about the actual room for manouevre that’s actually open to the SDLP and work with that, rather than make unrealistic demands for them to come on board in a volutary coalition headed up by the Reverend Ian Paisley.

‘The really fertile ground for unionists to explore is what arrangements the SDLP are prepared to support which do not involve Sinn Fein Ministers.

If the SDLP were to go on a solo run, they would require the full backing and assistance of the Republic’s Government.’

Hey, is Steven copying my idea? 😉
