Well things are quiet. But this piece from the BBC perhaps reflects our proximty to a deal. It’s author believes the governments propose full IRA decommissioning by Christmas, with photographic evidence to be kept until March which would then trigger the renewed activity of the Executive; a shadow Assembly could kick in as early as January. It is believed that both main parties have completed consultations, and will make clear responses in the next day or two. we should know by Monday or Tuesday at the latest whether the party is back on, or off! Meantime we’ll do our best to keep you posted….
