What would one expect off a lot of those gurriers. They were presented as heroes, freedom fighters and what have you. But in reality they were nobodies who saw a chance to make themselves important, and now with the chickens coming home to roost, they are portrayed for what they are.

the pity is that this Robinson affair is taking the spotlight off Adams. Its only chicken feed compared to skeletons in the SF cupboard, NI Bank raid, paedophiles, killings, kneecapping and what have you.

Liam ASdams could really answer the case by going back to NI. He is just hjoping there may be some reason he cannot be extrtadicted. After all that was an old game with IRA, bolt hole south, and dont face the music. This is all about facing face and saving Gerry

Amazing how the RUC/Security forces did not use this against Gerry Adams. It would have been done in the south, Garda did it against Emmet Stagg TD ( brother of hunger striker Frank Stagg) when he was found with a rent boy in the phoenix park. On the other hand did the security forces use it to blackmail Gerry – look at all the informers that were in the IRA/SF for God’s sake. You never know ?

Was all this a carefully contrived circus. Gerry says he’s guilty,so brother paedophile can say he wont get a fair trial. Liam flees South. He can be tried in the South for a crime committed in the North,(it is possible) where a more sympathetic jury would acquit him. No danger the dissident republicans would get their hands on him and dish out the type of treatment the provos used do-torture, water submerging, under tender care of stakeknife, and finally the plastic bag over the head to contain skull fragments and brain matter from spilling on assassins clothes when the head got a bullet

  6. Comment on Liam Adams and the dark pyschosexual heart of the IRA…

This nonsense of Liam Adams going to a Garda Station in Sligo is another diversion. If he wants to really give himself up why not slip acrtossd the border to Enniskillen or Omagh and cut out the codology of EU arrest warrant, and extradition courts. Maybe he intends to use the “Political Offence” weapon which many IRA used in the past, that it was a political offence or connected to a political offence. Maybe he might say it off active servicde time recreation!

  7. Comment on 2005 Liam Adams is still working (unknown his MP brother)in West Belfast and talking to the press…

This is a bit like Al Capone, he was never caught for the serious issues, only side ones. Also the Mafia have a weird sense of morality, I once read where a boss man killed the husband of a woman he wanted, he gave as reason that he wanted to marry her properly & freely in church. Another mafia mob killed a young boy for stealing something small, because he “done wrong”. Are we witnessing the same play out here with Adams, I would prefer to see him go down for hius real deeds. But then he never was in the IRA of course, and the gullibles swallow that!

amazing how much emphasis is put on this latest outrage in Adam’s career. Not the first time children were put at risk, what about poor McConville orphans who were left without any parent coming up to Xmas over 30 years ago, what about the children orphaned by the events of bloody Friday, when Mr. Adams played an active role in IRA.And two young boys abducted and shot by the IRA and bodies hidden, which the IRA did not want to admit to because they came from a Republican background. And what about Gerry’s lies that he was never in the IRA when the world and it’s mother knows he was. There is a lot more coming down the track with books etc… This is the beginning of the end of the Adams era.

Adams (G) would never have spoken out only that he knew his niece wass going public. Chiris Moore isd an excellent reporter, it was he would did an excellent programme on another paedophil;e, Fr. Brendan Smith. Interesting how Gerry then reached for Tommie Gorman of RTE for a more sympathetic interview. Tommie is a friend of Martin McGuinness.
