Don’t forget to keep the Flying Spaghetti Monster, Russell’s teapot and while your at it Xenu and his famous band of Scientologists.

Weirdly I don’t get too excited when politicians talk nonsense about politics, but ‘Heaven’ help us when they start spewing their nonsensical belief systems all over us.

Keep your options open sure, but be careful or you will be having to think up new excuses for other Theories… maybe gravity …maybe the earth sucks….

Overstepping his remit? He’s overstepping the bounds of reality. All the Scots Irish nonsense I can put up with, but Creationism??? There should be some sort of test for public representatives, if you believe in fairies at the bottom of Mr Taggart’s garden, the Great Green Arkleseizure or Creationism, have a seat at the back of the assembly, take some playdoh and try not to hurt yourself.

    What a moron.

  3. Comment on Derry Essays 4: We are the greatest…
    on 30 April 2010 at 4:42 pm

I live in Derry, its just another regional city, no better no worse. Too big to be cute, too small to support anything more than the occasional foray outside the mainstream ‘culture’.

Just like 1000′s of other dull wee towns all over Europe, but with more drink.

It sounds that there is plenty of 19th Century politics still around let alone last century! I think the oul Orange and Green headbutting has some mileage yet!

This isn’t very good. Don’t care which party the viral/spoof is about but this isn’t very funny. 3/10.

I hope the real Ulster wits will kick in soon.

But laugh at Eamonn, call him a nutter etc and carry on voting for the LibLabCon if you are in England or DUPSFUUPSDLPAlliance Party in NI and see how much really changes.

..yeah Eamonn is the next Hugo Chavez. Certainly enjoys getting his mug on the Telly/Tele/Derry Journal etc or is that all part of the class struggle. He’s a great man for free speech as long as its not in opposition to his own.

Forgive me if I don’t hold my breath.

I think I’ll move on to something more important like cutting my toenails.

Oh our Eamon. What a guy… (sigh)

I fear he may never see the People’s Marxist collective of Derry marching on the Guildhall to hear him give a rousing speech before all going to listen to world music in Sandino’s, and then home to mammy’s for chicken (free range) & chips.

    Interesting review.

Hard to spin it into either colour – not that it will stop the usual suspects trying.

And there’s yon weird woman with the ‘mid-Atlantic’ accent – thats clearly evidence of the CIA input. as our coleagues have pointed out – this is surely enough evidence, which, ofcourse, makes Robbo’s case bang to rights! QED. (Qeer Evidence Demonstratum)
