Here is how republicans and Roman Catholics show respect to Roman Catholic property not outside on the road but in Roman Catholic consecrated property.

Where is the respect here to the Roman Catholic property that they demand from others???

Where is the priest Michael Sheehan of St Patrick’s chapel at Donegall St, demanding respect for Roman Catholic property.

Republican bands playing republican music and named after republican terrorists, people in paramilitary uniforms taking part in paramilitary displays, memorials to child killing republican terrorists, people carrying weapons, a armed guard of honour and political speeches.

    Respect indeed.

Let’s have a shared future but for god’s sake or is it because the pope, cardinal, bishop and priest want to keep our children separate until at least 18.

Hold on here keano10 did the shinners not say they were signing up to the rule of law and policing yet a bar full of shinners and provos cleaned up after they killed Robert McCartney, so there could be no evidence!!!

Did they not renege on their commitment to law and order when they did not get the guilty to come forward for the murder or Robert McCartney???

As the last bastion of discrimination the Roman Catholic education sector and all those from that tradition who send their children to the Roman Catholic education sector are perpetuating sectarianism discrimination.

And yet they will come on here and bemoan the PUL community. Oh the irony!!!

I wonder how many of Roman Catholic community would stand for the fact that a large section of their community can’t get a job because of their religion???

Can someone explain how a certificate in Roman Catholic education is relevant in any other subject other than RE???

Is there Roman Catholic maths??? Is there Roman Catholic English??? Is there Roman Catholic IT???

Or is it more the case as I suspect, more about the Roman Catholic Church’s paranoia at losing more control over the young and impressionable.

As the Jesuits say “give me the child to 7 and I will give you the man”!!!

Must rush have to go to my next class, Roman Catholic woodwork, pass the nails!!!!

  5. Comment on Ann Travers: “If had joined the IRA or a loyalist paramilitary and killed someone, I would be being listened to…”

Kevsterino, if you listen to the interview of shinner O’Dowd after the Ann Travers interview I think you will hear him say something along these lines, victims interests are not always in the broader public interest.

Just a quick clarification is it the fact that a band played outside the chapel or is it the fact that they walked around in circles while doing so???

Anne is getting to the core of the issue.

I did not see any threat ether implied or suggested?

I think it was a reaffirming that well-worn out rhetoric from republicans that the flag of the Irish republic is about each tradition living equally??? But there again Ann has put me right in that regard.

“Orangemen should remember the first colour in the Irish flag is Green”.

An Ireland of equals were all our children and traditions are valued and treaded equally, not on your shillelagh.
