  1. Comment on McGuinness trying to assure ordinary unionists that he recognises their Britishness?

Unionist reciprocation, here it is below in all its youtube glory.

The shinners/provos can meet whomever they like, whenever they like, it changes nothing. They will be judged by their actions on the ground and how they act towards their victims. As for the republican hand ringers who are saying that there is no reciprocation by Unionists. It may come as a shock to the shinners/provos, due to their blindness of shinner/provo propaganda, but Unionists leaders have been to Dublin and have met the Irish republics president. It seems that the shinners/provos are the ones doing the catching up and belated reciprocation. If I was being cynical, I would suggest that the decision of McGuinness and the phalanx of other shinners/provos that visited the Queen. Had of course nothing to do with them misjudging the mood when the Queen visited the republic of Ireland several years ago. However the one thing you can’t accuse the shinners/provos of, and that is missing a good propaganda event twice.

That’s the spirit Morph they were found not guilty and you are again demonizing the bands men, like a good republican.

Morpheus your Quite right, they acted just like provo terrorists caught in the act or when being taken on by the security forces.

Even to this day when a provo was shot going to murder with bomb or gun there are plenty in the shinners bemoaning how they met their end.

Then we have other senior republicans who cry like a baby when accused of being in the provos or have the date they allegedly left the provos.

  4. Comment on And meanwhile in Larne, the UDA enforces its imaginary paramilitary writ…

OK, I take on board the fact that shinner/provo Wilson’s arrest was in 2012. However, he was arrested for being a member of the IRA during the IRA investigation into the Robert McCartney murder in 2005. But weren’t we told that the provos were off the scene long before 2005???

But here is another leading north Belfast shinner/provo who was questioned for a punishment shooting, that left a young man in a serious condition, and this was only last year. Kelly can’t say that there is distance between himself and the shinners/provos, as he was the guest of honor at the shinner/provo parade unveiling a plaque to his co-bomber Begley.

So the question still need to be asked have the provos gone away???

Is there enough evidence and testimony from all sources for the McConville’s to seek a civil case?? Would this be Gerry worst nightmare???

  6. Comment on Anna Lo- A United Ireland would be better placed economically, socially and politically
    on 20 March 2014 at 11:21 am

“I (to) would be interested to hear her (or indeed anyone) outline the economic and social benefits in detail”.

I would also like to know what the shinners economic and social benefits are in detail, for a united Ireland? As yet I don’t remember them stating any benefits, just their desire to get the “Brits Out”.
