Join us for the Slugger End of Year Review Show, Wednesday the 14th December 2016

review-2016

Join us for an evening of debate and entertainment as we look back on the political year in 2016. Our panel of speakers is sure to provide lively conversation and analysis. Never mind the Christmas shopping, this will be far more entertaining.

Following the success of last year’s sold out End of Year Review Show we are pleased to bring it back for a third year. Our new venue is The Gallaghers Lounge, upstairs in the Duke of York Bar in the Cathedral Quarter.  The event will take place on Wednesday the 14th December 2016. Doors open at 7pm, show starts at 7:15pm sharp. The panel will be:

The chairs for the evening will be our own Alan Meban and David McCann. The event is sponsored by MCE Public Relations.

We are extremely grateful to Willie Jack and the staff of the Duke of York for their support. Complementary light snacks will also be available on the night.

This years venue is smaller (but the sound and facilities are better) so we have had to cap the tickets at 80. So get your ticket now as this event will sell out.

We are reader supported. Donate to keep Slugger lit!

For over 20 years, Slugger has been an independent place for debate and new ideas. We have published over 40,000 posts and over one and a half million comments on the site. Each month we have over 70,000 readers. All this we have accomplished with only volunteers we have never had any paid staff.

Slugger does not receive any funding, and we respect our readers, so we will never run intrusive ads or sponsored posts. Instead, we are reader-supported. Help us keep Slugger independent by becoming a friend of Slugger. While we run a tight ship and no one gets paid to write, we need money to help us cover our costs.

If you like what we do, we are asking you to consider giving a monthly donation of any amount, or you can give a one-off donation. Any amount is appreciated.
