Way forward, redux.

Put Chilcott in charge of letter triggering Article 50. Then go to pub.

    What is ‘redux’?

  • SeaanUiNeill

    Hi Declan,

Brought back, revived, to go forward, from the Latin “to lead again”. Anthony Trollope uses it in the title of his political novel “Phineas Redux”, where an Irish MP at Westminster has his career ruined by a charge of murder, and is triumphantly proved to be entirely innocent.

Can we leave the one-liners to twitter?

  • Nordie Northsider

Oh I don’t know – it made me laugh out loud.

  • Declan Doyle

    Go raibh maith agat

  • IRF

And that’s “Curry my yoghurt” in English, in case anyone’s wondering.

It wasn’t a comment on whether or not it was funny. Also made me laugh.

  • SeaanUiNeill

    Tá fáilte romhat

  • Declan Doyle

Only to a fool. The Irish for curry my yoghurt in fact is Curaí mo iógart

  • IRF

It’s a ridiculous concept anyway. I sometimes add yoghurt to my curry (to cool it down), but I’ve never felt the need to add curry to my yoghurt!

  • Declan Doyle

Absolutely but bare in mind from where the comment first came from; ridiculousness a plenty.
