    Newry/Armagh is a strange one to work out. I think the SDLP playing a cute game by actively supporting Independent Martin Mc Allister, knowing that he’s supported by Fianna Fail, dissident republicans, anti police/anti peace process activists. They hope to get all his transfers. Well thought out strategy, get all the anti Shinner groups under the one roof.

    I think some Catholics will vote SDLP over the abortion issue and the youth of Colum will also attract a revival of fortunes.

    i hope he hasn’t told Micheal Martin who all his backers are. That is some spread of thought. Interesting to see his manifesto!
