If you take a closer look the finish of the building is not that great – why are the windows our of sync with those above and below? If this is a design element then it’s not a good one.
Did the builders source cheaper materials to get the job done for a little less cash?
This building is lifeless, no character, but it is noticable.
House Price Crash Forum have done some good work on who has actually bought in the Obel – in a nutshell it’s the upper middle classes of south Belfast/ north Down who will not be living there but will hoping to let them out.
