Continual dripping on a rainy day
Chosing ‘friends’ or becoming a ‘fan’ of something on Facebook doesn’t necessarily indicate you support the views you are connecting with, for example I’m a ‘fan’ of the Orange Order.
However, I do wonder at the wisdom of elected representative like the DUP’s Pam Lewis becoming a fan of a group which sails as close to a hate site as this

I just joined this group of Facebook and asked them, but nobody replied yet.
Having perused that particular Facebook page it would seem that the ire of the author who goes by the name of “Americaphile Quis Separabit” is aimed at the TUV for their half-arsed apology to Irish Speakers for calling it a leprechaun language.
In the hilarious world of “Americaphile Quis Separabit” ( An FB Friend of Jeffrey Donaldson no less) a “Guru Maggot” is an Irish speaker. The term being a dextrous bit of word play on the Irish Phrase which approximates to thank you – Go Raibh Maith Agat.
Thank you Border Fox. I´m sure it was quite a wheeze after a few glasses of Schloer. Don´t see the funny side myself, except to join the facebook group and have a bit of a laugh on my own terms.

It doesn’t look like a pisstake to me. I’ve encountered Americans like this. Not reflective of the country as a whole, of course.
