Just curious, although I do believe in developing young future leaders, isn’t it illegal to age discriminate in advertising in the U.K.?

It should be added, of course, that the two young people who are to be sponsored by the British Council should have no intention of ever applying for a student visa for study programs or enrolling on a course in Russia, as they will have ruined their chances by being associated with an NGO that the Russians regard as a front for MI6 operatives. ;)
