V Interesting and nice to see the real people behind the pseudonyms- ( btw, why not drop the pseuds?) I like each’s theme of the week, echoing Andrew Neil’s moment of the week, perhaps? But.. while good that it’s not over structured, it would benefit by being a bit tighter and shorter. It’s a long sit. Next step, not easy, would be to see if DUP, SF and other proxies could take part on properly discursive, reflective terms and without turning it into the usual bunfight.

It is certainly refreshing to hear a middle-class Unionist blogger openly admit that an aversion to the Tories is “quite natural”.
Now all we need to know is if Chekov himself is a quite natural being who shares this aversion or is he, as he says of Sylvia Hermon, “a different kettle of fish”?
Good Idea but work in progress.
Participants do not feel at ease and it is certainly not short and concise. I will look forward to other contributions and wish the exercise well.

What hairy creature has landed on wee Gary’s head? That is one of the worst hedge-draggings and mullet transmogrifications I have ever seen, coupled with a beaver on his beak to finish the terrible effect.
I’d vote Chekov over Hermon, I’ll tell you that.
