Not sure this is a mistake by AP/RN, they were clearly aiming at their supporters overseas and in the South, who I doubt read the Irish News.

Mistakes are made inadvertently, the decision to publish this piece in AP/RN will have been filtered through ten sub committees, put before a special ten day conference and then a full army convention. Only then would it have been green inked by the Caudillo.

Lets keep this in context, every newspaper makes mistakes such as the Irish News and Newsletter, the last one was a couple of weeks ago from Brian Feeney – the An Phoblacht mistake is being blown out of proportion for obvious reasons

Somebodys made a muck up at An Phoblacht and its clearly filtered through. However theres still no doubt from reading the Irish News editorials that it is an SDLP-led newspaper – comparisons between SDLP positions and their comments will provide enough empirical evidence in that regard

I think you’ll find that Gerry has just thought of a better way of lying through his teeth about the hungerstrikes than hiding in An Phoblacht. That implied that he was hiding something. Tomorrow we’ll get clues as to what he is hiding.

It should be noted that armed struggle, the tactical use of human suffering, is still advocated by Gerry Adams. He really can’t believe in Jesus Christ therefore despite all the carping claims to be a Catholic.

“Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist – he denies the father and the son.” (1 John 2:22-23)

What the New Testament says about Gerry Adam-s:-
