On Talkback Sinn Féin’s Gerry Adams took time out from preparing to witness the Obama inauguration to talk to David Dunseith. During the conversation Adams was asked to comment on the analysis by Mary Alice Clancy that we’ve highlighted here on Slugger. [I'm willing to be corrected on this but this is the gist of the quote to the best of my recollection]

“Anyone writing about the Process and Sinn Féin being under pressure to act from this one or that one is in the land of the cuckoo..”

It’s quite a populated land..
