I wonder if your friends in the DUP now know they’ve officially got no friends in either Ireland the UK, or abroad.
    Is the noose tightening?

The DUP have the only friends they need, the electorate. Anyway , with friends like the Tories the UUP wont need any enemies

Birmingham England looks like a nice place to visit. I’m partial to a pleasant boat ride myself. I must remember to do that next time i’m in England.

Dont worry Percy it seems that your only MP is against the idea and people have long memory’s with the Belfast Agreement and Anglo Irish Agreement started by the Conservative Party will a mearger be good I dont believe so it would appear to be a pet project of Trimble it would be best for the UUP if he had not been involved it may have looked better for them. Also people voting Consevative in NI only amounts to a couple of thousand votes, I suppose it does away with another party though.

Yes, I was very pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon the canals by chance around this time last year. It’s a very relaxing backwater in a thunderously active city.

Evidently “truth and justice” isn’t doing him or herself any justice by not being aware of recent YouGov polls.

Would a party dependent on an English-based party’s subsidy really be best placed to, er, make NI less dependent on England’s subsidy?
