Tom Frawley has only cleared jnr on the narrow issue of using his ministerial position. The crux of the matter is summed up in jnr’s own statement

“My intention at all times was to see a fair price established by the proper evaluation authority,”

What was the fair price established by the proper evaluation authority and did jnr accept this or ask for it to be lowered.

So, that’s all right then. I am now inspired to go off a read a nursery rhyme to my grandchild. How does the ending go again? Oh yes….

    He put in his thumb
    and pulled out a plum
And said “What a good boy am I!”
