Astronomers have been making good use of those telescopes again, spotting another bigger better exo-planet and identifying a mutli-galaxy pile-up. But for some, such as former teacher Barbara Morgan, there’s nothing like being up-close and personal.. The latest Nasa Space Shuttle mission to the International Space Station, STS-118: Endeavour – launch scheduled for 11.36pm BST tonight. Launch Blog, Nasa TV coverage. And, as reported a few days ago, Ireland is in the right place at the right time again.. location specific charts of visible passes of both the ISS and the Shuttle are available from the excellent Heavens Above.
